Responsibilities
In this role, you are the first point of contact with customers and engage with them via multiple channels (e.g. email, chat, and phone calls). You will answer questions about the products and represent our client’s mission, values, and voice.
- Provide “above and beyond” customer service in all interactions with customers and think creatively about ways to optimize each customer’s experience.
- Troubleshoot customer questions, issues, or complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Master our internal management system in order to efficiently and effectively help our customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills, attentive to details.
- Fast typist.
- Able to work across multiple communication channels.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred (not mandatory).
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Dominican citizen with cedula or individual with valid work permit.
- Able to work an assigned schedule that falls within our operating hours and flexibility around weekends and holidays, as all our clients are based outside the Dominican Republic.
