Responsibilities
In this role, you utilize basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provide first-level technical information systems support to customers, resolving routine technical problems.
- Perform basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems.
- Perform routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
- Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
- Good writing skills, attentive to details.
- Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.
- Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems.
- Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware, software, and/or network solutions.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Dominican citizen with cedula or individual with valid work permit.
- High school diploma.
- Higher education and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- +6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Able to work an assigned schedule that falls within our operating hours and flexibility around weekends and holidays, as all our clients are based outside the Dominican Republic.
